“I just had to write you guys to let you know what a great job your team did on the new HVAC system in my home.
As you may recall, you initially came out to do a service call under my home warranty. Although the technicians tried to save my unit, it became painfully obvious it was time to ‘give up the ghost.’ I can’t lie… I became a little stressed out about the cost of a new unit. The home warranty company was offering to replace with a substandard unit, and clearly not to my satisfaction.
Your office was so amazingly professional in providing quotes on a new unit. I was very happy to have several options, not only in quality and performance, but installation options. Cecil took the time to explain, in layman’s terms, the pros and cons of each unit. I never felt under any pressure to ‘get the most expensive product.’ The whole process was actually very low impact. I was without heat in December and you guys really came through to provide me with an operational unit as quick as possible.
The office staff, especially Robin was wonderful and very patient in presenting and explaining the Ygrene Program that made it possible to purchase the new HVAC unit. I say patient, because I had a lot of questions and she was always very pleasant and happy to help. She assisted with processing the paperwork and walked me through all the steps. Thanks Robin!
The installation technicians, too, were awesome. We had a difficult space under the house to install the furnace. Despite the challenges, cold weather, and very picky homeowner (that being me), the project was completed way beyond my expectations. The work area was left clean, the duct looks like a work of art, and the installer were always very accommodating to my specific requests.
I could go on and on with how happy I am by the whole experience…. I have been telling everyone and anyone who needs HVAC work to contact your office. I guess if I had to summarize…. You guys are the best… Thanks!
